Who are the hateful ones?

Take a look at the video on this website. Then you tell me, who is the biggest threat.

Did the media play a part in the Nov 08 Election

If there is any doubt in your mind,,, take a look at the information in this link. It should be an eye opener. If nothing else it should remind us all to not swallow whole heartedly everything we see on TV and to weigh it carefully.

A Lazy Day

I have had a day where I just have felt antsy. Went to church at the early service at 8:30 so we were home from church early. We had omlets for breakfast then and after the I went out to the garage to get the bird seed to fill the bird feeder only to find that a mouse had chewed through the bag of seed. Up on a shelf no less. GRRRRR So I went to thte basement to get a metal container I had down there. While I was donw there I put in a load of laundry. I filled the feeder and then started to rake leaves. It was snowing lightly out there, but it was today or never. It is getting too late to gamble that we would have next weekend to work outside. One never knows, but as a rule that would be folly. When I was done with that I had no more ambition. How pathetic is that? I sat in the recliner and I napped and watched the Vikings loose. It was not a good weekend for Minnesota football. DRATS.

Jim got the bathroom stool fixed. HOORAY!! He did a good job too. Even tho we have 2 other bathrooms in the house, when that main one is out of commission it really felt like a big inconvenience. My my my,, how spoiled we are. I remember the days of having to go to the outhouse. And that was for 18 years of my life and in North Dakota at that.

We decided to skip our class tonight. Neither Jim or I had any get up and go in us. But that has left me feeling antsy and listless. It is 9 now so I think I will just go to bed and get a good nights sleep and tackle another week at work. Sue is back tomorrow. That is good.

Well that's it from here. Blessings to all who read and double blessings to those who let me know they were here!!!

New link/ Auto industry bailout

OK,,, so I got my son to get a link to his blog from mine so I don't have to copy his and paste to mine... So now,, you who read my blog can check out his. Although neither of my kids blog even as often as I do. My daughter in law who blogs occasionally, well her blog link doesn't work, something must have not got entered right. I will attempt to get that fixed.

Today it is lunch hour and I am not going out. I usually do, but it is so dreary out there and I just don't feel like going, so I am having wheat thins and a banana for lunch. Yum yum huh? Well it is not bad as it fills the empty spot in the tummy, but I would prefer a hot lunch.

Well the election is over. But never in my memory of elections has there been such skepticism on an elected president. I have to say I have my reservations. But time will tell and I do hope and pray that my reservations are all for not!!! While it is true that the country is more and more leaning to the left, I hope it never gets so far that we loose our freedoms and big government rules every area of our life.

Now it is the auto industry wanting hand outs and the leaders of our nation looks like they are leaning towards that. I have an idea. Why not give every family of the USA that has a citizen over the age of 21 living in the household $25,000 to buy a new car. If you take that $25 billion they want to give to the auto industry, that would give every family of 4 in the US approximately $32,700. Now that would solve the auto industries problems, and it would make tax payers alot happier then just handing money over to the ex ecs of the auto companies that will more then likely pad their pockets with some of that money. Plus that is $7,700 less for every family of 4 that the government would have to pay to bail out the auto companies. I know that would make me alot happier. Anybody want to vote for Sandi for president??? I have about as much experience as the one we elected.

Well that's all the spouting I have for today.

Blessings

From my son's blog

Copied word for word from his blog and I might add without his permission, but I pray he will forgive me. I think it is GREAT.

"In my researches on Government and Taxes, I found the following quote:
Our true choice is not between tax reduction, on the one hand, and the avoidance of large Federal deficits on the other. It is increasingly clear that no matter what party is in power, so long as our national security needs keep rising, an economy hampered by restrictive tax rates will never produce enough revenues to balance our budget just as it will never produce enough jobs or enough profits… In short, it is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now.
This was from a former President who saw the devestating effects of tax increases on the the American Economy. He was also a President who was facing a world on the brink of war. He had a country with nuclear missiles aimed at America and its allies. He was extremely popular, but had enemies who wanted so much to kill him.
Now many of you might be thinking that a Conservative “Small-’L’ libertarian” like me would be talking about Ronald Reagan, and this was true of him. But the above quote was taken from none other than President John F. Kennedy. Today’s Democrats would do well by heeding this great man’s words

Last Night - After my last post

Like I said in my last post, I had a dickens of a time getting to sleep. Finally after a whole chill pill, I fell asleep but I did NOT sleep blissfully. I went to sleep in the guest room. I had a night mare. People were coming to torture me for what I believe. I woke Jim up (he sleeping in the other room) screaming "Leave me alone". I got back to sleep only to wake up with my heart racing having a nightmare that someone was chasing me with a gun and I was trying to hide and they had found me and were coming for me.

I guess that reflects how much I really am afraid of the man that the US has elected as their president.

I saw the headlines on Yahoo "First TRUELY global US president elected". Yup,, that is what I thought all along. He does NOT have the good of this country as his top priority. But he wants us to be part of a world government (and no doubt would love to be the king of that).

I pray that God will come for us soon and rescue us from all this.

Blessing to all

God Help Us

I have not had the TV on to watch one minute of the election returns. I just couldn't sleep so I got on here to just do some venting and see that "they" have proclaimed Obama the winner of this presidential election.

And all I can say to that is God Help Us. Especially if the Democrats gain the control in the House and the Senate. There will be laws made that will make it very hard for us to be Christians in this country. Which makes me very very very sad.

Oh I know that God is big, and that he can do what He pleases, but there are times in the Bible that he turned people over to all their sinful and lustful pleasures and let them go their ways and we find out what happened to those nations. Not a nice picture.

We can say a hardy thank you to the media for getting Obama elected. They have protected him in there coverage and have dragged McCain and Palin through the wringer. All I know that if anyone ANYONE had attacked Hillary Clinton the way the media treated Sarah Palin, well all hell would have broken loose.

The world in general has become perverted. They want a world where there is no individual responsibility. A world were we are not responsible for anything. It is always someone else's fault and responsibility to fix. We want to kill our unborn and partially born babies. In Genesis, God tells us that Abel's blood cried out for justice. With all the blood of our unborn babies crying out for justice... What can we expect? God help us. I know that it is not PC to say this and I am afraid with Obama as president I could be put in jail for saying this, but the Bible also tells us that homosexuality is an abomination. Look up that word folks!!!! I can foresee under Obama that churches being forced to loose their tax exempt status if they preach against homosexuality and maybe even be closed down, or being accused of preaching hate. When the Christians do NOT hate the homosexual, it is the lifestyle that is the abomination. Yet, Jerimiah Wright can stand at his pulpit and say God damn America and that will be fine and good!!! God help us.

But I guess the problem with this world is that there are so very few people who believe in Christ and the Bible. They would rather have men tickle their ears then hear the truth from the word of God. God help us.

I will continue to pray that God will be merciful to us and that He will grant us to keep the freedoms we have had and that our country's military will not be brought to nothing by our president and leaders of our country. God help us

God help us, God help us,, GOD HELP US!!!
