Birthdays and You're a Great Gardner Charlie Brown

Back in August we celebrated Jim's grandson, Nate's birthday.  Grandpa being the baseball fan that he is (he actually thinks the Tigers can win the World series heheheh) got him a baseball cake.  It is rather cute.
Then on to early September and we celebrated our daughter in law's birthday.  She chose strawberry shortcake for her birthday cake.  She look good for 8 months pregnant, huh?? (That little Dewey manages to creep into the pictures.  He is such a Honey.
And then on to Charlie Browns garden.  This is so pathetic, I had to post a picture.  We had a row about 6 feet long of both beets and carrots.  And this was our harvest.  I don,t know what we did wrong, but it was something.  Oh well, we will get a couple meals from them and we will enjoy them.

Don't feel bad. My garden was equally pathetic this year. I think it was the weather. Love you!
